ABOUT ME

A class 12th science student at DPS Noida.
A 17yr old student in the day, a social worker at night.
Recognising the immense privilege I've had in terms of quality education and opportunities, I joined ETASHA society as Volunteer.

MY APPEAL

The first time I visited the ETASHA office, a humble workspace tucked away in the basement of GK2, it was not the hundreds of sticky notes marking deadlines, dozens of SWOT analysis or the numerous flowcharts scribbled with action plans that amazed me - the 4 feet wide map of Rajasthan in the meeting room did.

This map, plastered with millions of annotations on upcoming projects, is a testament to our meticulous, deliberate and target oriented approach to addressing the root causes of youth employment.

This is just one example of how at ETASHA our actions are filled with purpose and fervour - not just a feel-good NGO riding the wave of social work sentiments.

Being from a elite schools, I’ve been fortunate to have access to countless counseling opportunities and role models, helping me stay informed about trending career options and make informed choices about my future.

But think about students from disadvantaged backgrounds who don’t have access to these resources and struggle to navigate their career paths. This is where people like you, me, and ETASHA Society step in. With just ₹500, you can help provide career guidance, mentorship, and training to the students who need it most. Every contribution counts, and every share makes a difference! Join us, and let’s create a world where every dream has a chance to come true!

Ladies and gentlemen, if doubt still clouds your mind - "is this genuine?", "is my donation reaching the deserved?" , I implore you to come visit ETASHA's GK2 office and Career development centres, spread across Delhi and Haryana
Witness firsthand the fervor, the drive, and the unwavering sense of purpose that propel ETASHA forward. This isn't just about charity; it's about creating lasting change.

ETASHA Society
ETASHA Society, a not-for-profit organization, has been working since 2006 to skill resource-poor, underserved communities for sustained employment and income generation. We work with whole communities, with a special focus on youth, adolescents and women, to empower them with the skills, confidence and mindset required for modern-day work environments. We envision a future where every Indian is self-reliant, has self-worth and leads a dignified and productive life.

The organization was founded by Dr. Meenakshi Nayar.
