ABOUT ME

I was born and brought up in the vibrant city of Mumbai. I am 41 years old. For the past 12 years, Bengaluru has been my home, where I have built a life filled with passion and purpose. I am deeply committed to social causes and have been associated with the development sector for the last 22 years.

I love cricket, cycling, and running. These activities not only keep me physically fit but also provide me with a sense of camaraderie. Travelling is another passion that enriches my life, offering new experiences and memories with my loved ones.

I am happily married and a proud father to a 11-year-old daughter. My family is my greatest joy, and I cherish every moment spent with them.

Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to you today with a heartfelt appeal to support the incredible work of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) India. As someone deeply passionate about social causes, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that organisations like MSF have on communities in need.

MSF is an International, Independent non-profit present in more than 70 countries, providing Humanitarian and Healthcare services. A Nobel peace prize winner, purpose and excellence is at the heart of everything it does. MSF commitment, since it started it's global operations in 1971, is to strive to provide high-quality care to patients and advocate for affordable, high-quality medicines. MSF firmly believe in “Access to Healthcare” as a basic right of every human being and support regions with zero or minimal healthcare.

Primary Healthcare, Mental Health, HIV and TB are some of the focus areas of MSF's work in India since 1999. It is working in 6 Indian states today , providing healthcare to people in remote parts of country. From disaster relief to ongoing healthcare in remote areas, MSF's commitment to saving lives and alleviating suffering is unwavering.

Doctors without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is a renowned international medical humanitarian organization. With projects in over 70 countries worldwide, MSF was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize in 1999 for its significant contributions in providing essential medical care to those in hard-to-reach areas. MSF provides medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, pandemics, disasters, and those excluded from healthcare. MSF's actions are guided by medical ethics and the principles of impartiality, independence, and neutrality. For the past 25 years (1999), MSF has been a beacon of hope and a lifeline for millions of people across India. From providing critical medical assistance during natural disasters to delivering essential healthcare services in conflict zones, MSF has been at the forefront of saving lives and alleviating suffering. MSF has been providing free-of-charge essential healthcare to people in remote areas. MSF provides specialist care for people affected by HIV, hepatitis C, Tuberculosis / DRTB in Manipur, Bihar and Mumbai. Meeting mental health needs in Jammu and Kashmir and essential healthcare in remote areas of Chhattisgarh. We also respond to natural disasters and other emergencies, we advocate for the development of more effective and affordable medicines to improve access to treatment for people everywhere.
