ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Amit A, currently working as a Senior Executive in Placement at Don Bosco Tech Society. I have always been passionate about creating positive change within our community, especially when it comes to empowering young people. That’s why I’m participating in the Delhi Half Marathon — not just for the challenge, but to raise awareness and funds for a cause that means a lot to me: skilling the youth to secure a brighter future.
At Don Bosco Tech Society, we focus on equipping young individuals with the skills they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Many youths in our country, especially from underprivileged backgrounds, lack the resources and opportunities to gain these essential skills. Without proper guidance, training, and support, they risk falling behind, unable to secure meaningful employment or build stable futures. This is where our work comes in — providing vocational training, education, and career development so that these young people can break the cycle of poverty and contribute meaningfully to society.
By participating in the Delhi Half Marathon, I aim to draw attention to the critical importance of skilling the youth. The funds raised will go towards programs that provide training, mentorship, and employment opportunities, ensuring that these young individuals can unlock their full potential. Every step I take in this marathon represents a step towards a brighter future for the next generation — one filled with opportunity, dignity, and self-reliance.
I invite you to join me in this journey. Your support, whether through donations or spreading the word, can help transform lives. Together, we can create a future where every young person has the skills, opportunities, and support to succeed. Let’s come together to make a lasting impact — for the youth, for our community, and for a better tomorrow!
