11th consecutive year of running Delhi Half Marathon. I work with Dow Jones as Vice President of Generative AI Governance. I love dancing, traveling, acting and currently developing strong interest in ayurveda and astrology.

MY APPEAL

Dear Friends,

I am taking on the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon with a mission that means the world to me. Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of being part of the TARA family—a home that is transforming the lives of vulnerable children in Delhi.

TARA isn’t just an organization; it’s a place of hope and healing for children who have faced unimaginable challenges. Through education, healthcare, and a nurturing environment, TARA gives these children a chance to rewrite their stories and build bright futures. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the resilience of these children and the life-changing impact that support can bring.

As I run this half marathon, I’m doing it for the 266 children that TARA is helping right now. These are children who, without TARA, might not have the chance to go to school, stay healthy, or even feel safe. Your support GIVES them that chance.

Every step I take in this race is a step toward a better future for these incredible kids—and with your help, we can go even further. Any contribution, no matter the size, can light the way for a child’s future and break the cycle of poverty.

RAISING FUNDS FOR

ONYVA (TARA CHILD PROTECTION AND EMPOWERMENT)

Welcome to TARA, where we ignite futures through education and empowerment. Since 2009, we've safeguarded vulnerable children by providing quality education, healthcare, and family support.

Family Based Care: Our community-centered approach identifies at-risk children, offering education, health check-ups, counselling, and rights awareness. The TARA Outreach Centre (TOC)currently benefiting 93 direct beneficiaries.

Residential Care: As a last resort, Judicial Magistrate-ordered placements at TARA Homes ensure nurturing environments for 57 children. We prioritize education, healthcare, and empowerment.

After Care: TARA Big Birds: Supporting young adults from our homes, we promote independence through education and vocational training.
Capacity Building: TARA Training Centre trains 116 staff in child protection under strict regulations, ensuring excellence and impact.

Our Commitment to Education: At TARA, education breaks cycles of poverty, empowering children to excel and thrive.
