Saanjha was founded with the mission of supporting sports at grassroots level & providing equal opportunities to individuals with drive & ambition.
In NGO world, sports is one of the most under funded cause especially in India. Most people want to fund elite athlete who bring medals back to the nation but supporting sports encompasses much more than that. Supporting sports involves funding under privileged athletes which not only help the athlete and his family but also makes them a beacon of home in the community. Saanjha was founded with the mission of supporting sports at the grassroots level and providing equal opportunities to individuals with drive and ambition. By doing so, we aspire not only to provide opportunities for athletes to participate in major sporting events and contribute to the country's medal tally, but also to aid in alleviating poverty & reducing inequality (SDG goals). Our objective is to democratize access to sports and remove any barriers to entry for athletes from vulnerable geographies like J&K or underprivileged background.
