Concern India Foundation, an NGO registered as a charitable trust has been working on issues of education, health, and community development in India for over 30+ years. We reach out to diverse target groups, including children, women, men, the elderly, the differently-abled, and rural communities from marginalised sections of society working PAN India, through our offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon), Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune.

OUR APPEAL

Root for the Future- Planting Trees, Growing Communities

Concern India Foundation aims to plant and maintain 10,000 trees across various parts of India. The significance of planting trees cannot be overstated, given their numerous benefits: providing oxygen, supporting wildlife, improving air quality, conserving water, preserving soil, and mitigating climate change.

Expected Outcomes
• 10,000 trees will be planted (One year maintenance included in cost)
• Awareness and responsibility created in the villages/other stakeholders regarding the trees,
their upkeep and environmental conservation
• Survival of 70% will be ensured with anything less being replaced
• Increased income for the villagers /others who will be taken on for digging, planting
and maintenance of the sapling
